Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Access to the Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Where feasible, we’ll provide reasonable notice of material changes.

3. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

Some features require a paid plan or credits. Fees are billed in advance per your plan and are generally non‑refundable except where required by law. You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees.

4. AI Output & Your Responsibilities

AIRECRUITOR uses AI to assist with interview workflows and assessments. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and validating results and for complying with applicable employment, fair‑hiring, and anti‑discrimination laws.

5. Your Content & License

You retain ownership of content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant AIRECRUITOR a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services. We handle Your Content per our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, harassing, or discriminatory use.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or bypassing technical controls.
• No uploading of malicious code or interfering with the Services.
• Respect third‑party rights and all applicable regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services (software, models, and content, excluding Your Content) are owned by AIRECRUITOR or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly provided.

8. Third‑Party Services

The Services may integrate with third‑party tools. Your use of those tools is governed by their separate terms. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIRECRUITOR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIRECRUITOR and its affiliates from claims and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or pose security/operational risks. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections intended to survive termination will do so.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
